Great restaurant with friendly staff and personable manager with very good food. Pleasant experienxe.
I'm not sure who the GM is or the manager that was on duty the evening of 10/15/25, but they have no idea how to handle negative situations or have any table side customer decorum. After 15-20 minutes of not receiving our second round of drinks, I lost my patience and tracked the manager down to see what the deal was. It seemed as if I was bothering him, probably because he was getting complaints from EVERYONE. He said he was going to get them, but we never saw him again until we told our server that we weren't paying for the bill. That got his attention. He quickly came over not to offer a solution, but to sternly let us know that we were going to pay and pay FULL PRICE. Meanwhile, our food is getting cold because we had nothing to wash it down with. The real kicker is, we were not only hit with the full bill, but the drinks we were waiting on (that never came) were on there as well. He was "kind" enough to remove that for us without a simple "sorry about that." After we received the adjusted bill to reflect what we actual consumed, we realized that our "free appetizer" was also on the bill. UNBELIEVABLE! At that we point, we were completely over it and just wanted to get out of there. Oh yeh! I did finally got a water so I could finish my cold steak. Yay! Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere. You'll be glad that you did!
Fantastic Steak house! Everything was spectacular and cooked perfect! We started with the brisket queso and chips and some Rattlers that were really good. The steak dinner and Pork chop dinners were excellent and cooked perfect, hot all through, and tender and juicy. Our waitress Angie was incredible with helping us navigate the menu and getting our order perfect. She gave us great attention and service, it's nice to know it still exists. I looked forward to a nice steak dinner with my beautiful wife all week and The Saltgrass and Angie did not disappoint! Thank you
